SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
US and EU : free shipping, from 2 to 10 days after processing
Canada : $30 ($15 for each additional pair), from 2 to 10 days after processing
International : $30 ($20 for each additional pair), from 5 to 20 days after processing, depending on how efficient your country's custom agents are.
Following territory are qualified as international shipping : Hawaii, Alaska, Guyane, Mayotte, Nouvelle-Calédonie, Polynésie Française, St Pierre et Miquelon, Wallis & Futuna.
All orders will be shipped int the 24hours after you place your order, except for orders places from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays .
We will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, it does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the carrier.
Duties or taxes are included in the price for USA and EU.
We accept returns for a refund or exchange, but only on shoes purchased through maratown.com (if you purchased from another retailer, you’ll need to bring them back to the original place of purchase).
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

At this time, MARATOWN isn’t able to provide pre-paid shipping labels. You will be responsible for organizing and for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Lost return packages is the responsibility of the customer so please consider using a trackable shipping service, purchasing shipping insurance or signature confirmation.
Ensure that there are only one tracking labels attached to your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (no crease or scuff marks on the leather or on the rubber sole and must not have been worn outside; please try your shoes on carpet so it does not get scratched). The item must also be in the original packaging (the shoe box must be in the carton, do not send the shoebox without any carton) with all accessories, tags and stickers.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
As soon as we received your returned items, we will shipp your new items as soon as possible. Shipping are free for you from Maratown to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (generally 10-14 days depending on your bank).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that for refunds enquiries (not for exchanges) after we already processed to an exchange, a $10 flat rate per pair will be deducted from the amount refunded (as we are a start-up, this flat rate is to share the shipping costs, handling and bank fees).
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sales beyond 20% cannot be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL (NON US AND EU), ADDITIONAL NOTES
Shipping outside USA and EU may be subject to taxes and customs duties. If there are any such fees, these must be paid by the person receiving the package when it reaches its destination -not on Kickstarter-, e.g. via the carrier.
We accept only refunds on international purchases. To make an exchange, please return items and place a new order. Return shipping charges and any fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the purchaser. MARATOWN will deduce from the refundable amount the import fees or duties.

If an item is unavailable to ship immediately, the amount authorized for that item will be released within 48 hours.
RISK OF LOSS; PRODUCT INSURANCE
All products purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We insure your purchase during its transit until it is delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. To complete the delivery, we require a signature, at which point responsibility for the purchased product(s) passes to you. If the recipient of the product is someone other than you for delivery purposes, you agree that evidence of a signature by such recipient or at such recipient's delivery address is evidence of a completed delivery by us with responsibility for the purchased product passing to you.
